My concept is to choose the top and the bottom of the hat separately and to pick a totally your-choice hat.

Original Idea
The initial idea came from the idea that I couldn't find a hat that is satisfied with everything. Some of the upper parts are good, but the bottom is not sun-shaded; some are not suitable for my face shape, etc.

Quick prototyping
The quick model at this stage is to see what's wrong. The problem found at this time is that you can't use only strips on it, because there will be hair exposed.

Refine it
I tried to widen the strip, but it also didn’t work.
Solution!
The shape like this can make sure the gap between strips is minimal, and the top of the hat is more round.
